PRICES:

 

July and August 2024:

Full week bookings only, Friday to Friday:  $4600/week 

 

Peak Holidays: May 24th weekend, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years:

$2600 for 3 nights 

 

June, September, October until Thanksgiving, Family Day weekend and March Break:

$3200/week

$1700 for 2 nights 

$2400 for 3 nights

 

October to May:

$2900/week

$1350 for 2 nights

$1700 for 3 nights

50% deposit to confirm your booking.  

Balance plus security deposit due 30 days before arrival date.

 

Security deposit

$500 for all bookings.  

This covers any breakages, damage, excessive cleaning, etc. which may be required following your stay.  It, or the balance, will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.

 

Group size

Prices listed are for up to 10.  

The cottage can accommodate up to 12 maximum, for an additional fee. Groups of over 12 people will not be permitted.

 

Cleaning, Linen, Towels

End of rental cleaning fee is $200 for all rentals.

Linen and indoor towels are provided.

Please bring outdoor beach towels for the hot tub and lake.

The property should be left tidy, all food and all garbage must be removed.
